The “Scaloni di Ceniga” route is partially furnished with iron handrails although there is no actual climbing involved. The walk is graded as easy and is very scenic. I would highly recommend it as a first experience of a via ferrata to familiarise yourself with the equipment.

The advanced course is suitable for you if you have taken part in the basic course or if you can climb already. I also suggest it if you have difficulty in lead climbing, want to improve your skills or gain more confidence. Yyou will learn to lead climb and you will able to climb in crag.

During the basic course for adults you will learn the fundamentals of climbing and you will be able to climb top rope on easy routes and you will try to climb first.
