We’ll visit the highlights and hidden gems, making several gastronomic stops to try local products and experience gastronomic traditions such as the Valencian ‘almuerzo’ (brunch). A great way to get to know the city & local food upon arrival!

Get to know the Valencian culture & gastronomy through a dynamic visit to the emblematic Central Market to literally get a taste of local and seasonal Valencian products. Once inside we’ll go on a mission to buy all the cold tapas and drinks for our picnic just outside the former old city walls.

In a small village about 5 km from Valencia we visit a traditional Valencian family home where we learn to prepare the ‘paella Valenciana’ together. By bike we see part of the city and its surroundings, visit the village and this beautiful location surrounded by the Valencian countryside!

Discover the agricultural fields around Valencia by bike! We'll visit a local brewery for a mini-tasting to finally arrive at an authentic Valencian farm to enjoy local tapas and participate in the preparation of woodfire paella! On our way back we'll try the local earth almond drink for dessert!

During the craft beer tasting, we’ll discover the versatility of beer, learn about beer history, styles, ingredients, the brewing process and how to taste beer like a pro of course! We select 5 different Valencian/Spanish craft beers and pair them with local food, fresh from the nearby market!
